1. General
1.1 It is illegal to reproduce any of the images, content or layout featured on www.meritok.com and its affiliates without written consent.
1.2 www.meritok.com uses online payment gateway KOMOJU and Stripe. We do not store any of your credit or debit card details. KOMOJU/Stripe will not provide any of your personal information, including credit or debit card information to any third party.
1.3 You undertake that all details that you provide to us for the purpose of ordering goods are correct and that the credit/debit card account are your own and have sufficient funds to cover the cost of the order.
2. Delivery
2.1 www.meritok.com aims to process all orders within 10 to 14 working days of receiving payment. Should there be any delay we shall contact you via email.
2.2 All orders are shipped from the UK and relevant shipping charges are advertised on our site, which are accepted once an order is made.
2.3 All payments are verified against the address in which the debit/credit card is registered to. All orders are dispatched to the address provided in the optional address delivery field. It is your responsibility to ensure that this address is correct at time of order.
2.4 Since the orders will be shipped from the UK, please note that you may be liable for further import costs for certain products which are additionally taxed in Japan.
3. Returns
3.1 Returns Policy & Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction. If the product is found to have manufacturing defect, you can return the product to us and we shall either give a replacement if the product is still stock or refund your payment if the product is not in stock.
3.2 In the unlikely event that an order is sent to you in error, www.meritok.com will cover the cost of rectifying the error.
4. Liability
4.1 www.meritok.com make every effort to guarantee that the information enclosed on the website and websites materials are accurate, up to date and honest. Although assurances are made, www.meritok.com do not make any warranty that the website is error free or free from infection by viruses, Trojans, worms or anything that might have destructive properties. Should any errors or omissions be found, www.meritok.com will endeavor to correct them as quickly as practically possible.
